Helping you transition through the changing seasons of life.

When we let go of trying to control and become open to our innate resources, we can experience personal growth, deep connection, and spiritual transformation.

“If we had no winter, the spring would not be so pleasant. If we did not taste adversity then prosperity would not be so welcome.”

— Anne Bradstreet

Seasons of Change

Throughout our life, we go through many seasons of change and growth, and some are easier than others; it can help to have support through any of them.

Vocational Choices/Changes.

Where your talents and the needs of the world cross; there lies your vocation. - Aristotle

Graduating from school and trying to make decisions about paths that “fit” who you are? Or, maybe you are looking to make a career change, enter a new field of work, or rediscover meaning or purpose in daily life during retirement? At SeasonsChange, I offer vocational assessment and coaching to help you make decisions more likely to balance your interests, values, motivational variables, personality, and skills. As we work together, I can help you discover and work with any interior barriers that may threaten to get in the way.

Intimate Relationships/ Marriage

“Living with someone we love, with all the joys and challenges, is one of the best ways to grow spiritually. But real awakening only happens in the charnel ground where we acknowledge and work with our wounds, fears, and illusions.” - John Welwood

Starting a new life together with your partner can be exciting, and it is also perfectly normal for it to come with some anxieties, insecurities, or adjustments. I offer pre-marital and relationship counseling for individuals and couples, ceremonial services, and special workshops and retreats aimed to strengthen and further build the relationship.

Life After Loss

“Embrace your grief. For there, your soul will grow.” – Carl Jung

Whether it is the death of a loved one, the end of a significant relationship, unwelcomed job loss, physical loss due to sickness or injury, or the loss of emotional stability following a trauma, the pain can be incredible. While grief is natural, it doesn’t feel normal. Often it leaves us feeling isolated, alone, and distrustful of even ourselves as we find even the day-to-day decisions and self-care difficult to manage. Connecting with others who are experiencing similar loss through supportive one-on-one counseling/coaching or through “Life After Loss” Grief Circles offered in person or online can facilitate supportive connection and healthy grief and healing.

End of Life.

“This is not the life you pictured, but here you are. You can still make something beautiful. Grieve. Breathe. Begin again!.” - Thema Bryant-Davis

One of the more difficult seasons of change is End-of-Life and as a culture, we do not like to think or talk about death. As a result, we often miss the opportunities for a beautiful, sacred, and peaceful transition that comes with making death more conscious. If you’re ready to make pro-active choices about or are experiencing an end of life transition, I welcome a conversation about how I can help provide compassionate care along this season of life.
